This powder was originally produced for the chocolate industry; Therefore, this milk powder does not contain lipase and it has desirable microbiological properties to give a pleasant taste of dairy products and butter to chocolate and fillers and to ensure the durability of the product. Whole milk powder plays an important role in the production of a wide range of food products and can be used in regenerated dairy products such as yogurt and milk drinks, coffee, and chocolate, as well as a source of fat and solid milk-free solids in confectionery and cooked food. Milk powder can also be fortified with vitamins.

Organic whole milk powder is made in France and this milk is produced exclusively from French dairy farms. This product is obtained by absorbing pasteurized milk water by drying with spray. This powder can contain 26-40% fat (in terms of weight) and is “as is” and provides all the nutritional properties of milk in its dry form.
Consumers prefer organic products because they do not contain pesticides, antibiotics, and other undesirable chemicals. In addition, these foods have a higher nutritional value than regular foods. Between 2018 and 2019, we have witnessed 7% annual growth in food claims with health. In the case of organic food, we grew by 32%.
