Nightfood Holdings to launch ice cream line

Nightfood Holdings Inc., Tarrytown, N.Y., said it will be launching its first ice cream collection in 2019. To be offered in pints, Nightfood ice cream features the right amounts of glycine, calcium, magnesium and zinc to promote better sleep, the company said.

The new ice cream will be available in eight flavors, including Midnight Chocolate, Cookies n’ Dreams, Cold-Brew Decaf, After-Dinner Mint Chip, Full Moon Vanilla, Milk & Cookie Dough, Cherry Eclipse and Breakfast in Bed.

A 1/2-cup serving of the Full Moon Vanilla flavor has 70 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 6 grams of sugar, and 6 grams of protein.
